做100%LC 孟加拉銀行與客戶勾結(jié)放貨不付錢,該怎么辦?

急急急! 我們公司出口一批貨到孟加拉,做的100%LC,這是很多年的老客戶,他是一個(gè)中間商,我們會(huì)給他一些傭金,最終客戶其實(shí)是另外的公司(但我們與他們沒(méi)有聯(lián)系,我們只與中間人有聯(lián)系) 但開LC是開給最終客戶,我們這么多年來(lái)和這個(gè)客戶一直做的100%LC, 貨到后,客戶去銀行付款贖單拿貨,一直很順利。 可沒(méi)想到的是這次卻出大問(wèn)題了! 這次開的LC上面加了1個(gè)保兌行。我們沒(méi)有在意。還按以前那樣操作。 交單時(shí),我們這的交單銀行,也像以前一樣把單證寄到開證行(其實(shí)這次有保兌行,按道理應(yīng)該把單證寄到保兌行的) 開證行收到單證后發(fā)郵件給我們銀行說(shuō)他們沒(méi)有錢付,問(wèn)單證是寄回給我們,還是轉(zhuǎn)給保兌行,我們回復(fù)轉(zhuǎn)給保兌行。 過(guò)了沒(méi)幾天,開證行又發(fā)郵件給我們銀行說(shuō)我們的交單文件缺失很多種資料(其實(shí)我們都有的,他這是無(wú)中生有),我們銀行郵件反駁了說(shuō)都有這些文件的。 然后開證行就再也不回復(fù)郵件了。 然后!開證行竟然把單證直接給了收貨人,收貨人沒(méi)有付款直接去提貨了! 現(xiàn)在我們找中間商,中間商說(shuō)收貨人不付款他也沒(méi)辦法,他也沒(méi)錢! 現(xiàn)在我們打算報(bào)中信保,可中信保說(shuō)我們沒(méi)有按要求把單證寄到保兌行,是除外責(zé)任,有可能不接這個(gè)案子! 我們現(xiàn)在不知道該怎么辦了!我們?cè)撛趺床拍馨彦X要回來(lái)? 求求各位位好心同胞們能幫忙出點(diǎn)招?萬(wàn)分感謝![收起]

產(chǎn)地證發(fā)票號(hào)和以前的重復(fù)了怎么辦?這個(gè)其實(shí)是很好處理的呀,直接修改這個(gè)發(fā)票號(hào)碼就可以的,這個(gè)發(fā)票號(hào)碼就是你們自己就可以命名的,沒(méi)有一個(gè)固定的模版要求的。所以你直接修改這個(gè)號(hào)碼就可以的,但是是需要把箱單發(fā)票這些上面有顯示發(fā)票號(hào)碼的地方都要修改一致的,不能每個(gè)單號(hào)不一樣的。因?yàn)樵趪?guó)際貿(mào)易中是要求單單一致的,不然萬(wàn)一客戶那邊清關(guān)的時(shí)候如果發(fā)現(xiàn)不一致的話是有可能會(huì)影響客戶的清關(guān)問(wèn)題的,所以修改一致就可以了,其他沒(méi)有什么特殊的。[收起]
