我有一位客戶,當(dāng)他第一次詢盤的時候,我看到他的地址都顯示英國,第一次成單發(fā)貨也是發(fā)到英國。
之后都是發(fā)到阿聯(lián)酋。他每次都是要我用UPS發(fā)到付。
因為他的UPS賬號是在英國的,所以發(fā)到阿聯(lián)酋還比較復(fù)雜,填單要填third party第三方支付。
第一次發(fā)貨我填錯了,還是勾選receiver支付。這是貨量最大的一筆。
本來客戶還和我要修改條件,他好提貨。后來不知道他通過UPS怎么弄,把貨提走了。
6個月過后,UPS找我來要這筆運費,一共七千多。
這個時候客戶已經(jīng)很久沒下單了,我再他時,他要么不理會,要么就糊弄。
到最后,我實在被折磨得不行就半威脅的說他不付就怎么怎么,他才問我要多少錢,當(dāng)我告訴他七千多時,他立馬翻臉,還說什么叫人來抓我。
我知道這筆款是要不回了。中國的UPS一點都不維護自己客戶的權(quán)益,也只知道一個勁的給我施加壓力。
我只是覺得,不管他們的規(guī)定是怎樣的,我的貨物你發(fā)給他了,卻還向我要錢,這是什么道理?
再過了三個月,客戶早已經(jīng)拉入我的黑民單,UPS卻發(fā)來了律師函,說如果不付這筆款,就會怎么怎么通過法律手段。。。。
這次經(jīng)驗很讓人傷心,傷透心。被客戶騙,被UPS壓。

Never do business with this man!!!!
He willl ask you to send goods to him with UPS in freight collect only.
Then he will dely the payment to UPS.
In a few months, UPS will come to you for the delivery charges.
You won't know it at the time, because UPS only come to you in a few months.
So when he is gone, you are in debt with UPS.
Never trust this man!!!!!!!!!
No matter what business you are going to do with him.
Because of him, i lost my job!
Because of his ruthless, i do all year's hard work for nothing, but pain in my heart.
