8年老外貿(mào)拿不準(zhǔn)的一單 求指點(diǎn)

這單很偶然的一個(gè)詢盤起來(lái)的,客戶要ram,我好報(bào)價(jià)發(fā)給他一切都o(jì)k,始談及付款方式,客戶說(shuō)togo 政策不允許tt和lc,所以讓我們把貨直接寄送給他們銀行,銀行確認(rèn)貨在路上了,接著給我們付款。作為一個(gè)老外貿(mào),到這封回復(fù)的第一感覺就是遇到騙子了,8年外貿(mào)遇到各種形形色色的騙子,感覺這個(gè)是最笨最直接的了,所以直接冷淡回復(fù)除非到預(yù)付款,否則不肯能發(fā)貨。沒(méi)想到就在今晚??時(shí)隔上封回復(fù)10天后,又到客戶的郵件: hope this email gets you all in good health . from the information we gathered from our bank here,our bank inform us tt payment from our bank to your bank takes only 2 to 3 days to arrive your bank. while fedex courier shipment from your country takes up to 6 to 7 days to arrive our bank address. we sincerely understand you need money in order to finance purchase and shipping of our order and as such in other to over-come this payment transfer obstacle here, we advice you first send only a small 10 pcs -ddr3 1600mhz 8g sodimm ram memory this time direct to our bank address (wacba togo s/a ) and make invoice for 1000pcs amount, after our bank tt transfer the amount for 1000pcs ram memory to your bank,then we email you copy of the tt remittance transfer copy and you can then send balance of 990 pcs ram memory to us. we he checked fedex express here and they inform us it takes about 7 days for them to deliver parcel from your country to togo. which means after you send out each shipment directly to our bank address( wacba togo s/a) not address of our company and you email us copy of the fedex copy bill of lading and invoice. then we shall rush to our bank to show our bank the documents for shipment confirmation and they will tt money within 24 hours to your bank. this means you will receive our tt money even before the parcel arrive our bank here. this is ery good payment arrangement because you will be shipping direct to our bank address ( wacba togo s/a). so our bank take control of the shipment and ensure security of goods and fast tt payment to you upon receipt of the fax copy fedex air way bill shipping document as a prove of shipment. this means no atom of risk is involved on this method of payment because bank is here to stand on your behalf as a "security insurance". after??you send shipment at fedex in your country, the scan copy of the fedex shipping document and invoice is an automatic qualification for tt payment transfer to your bank account. which means our bank will take money from our company bank account with them to tt transfer to you within 24 hours after you email us the scan copy of the fedex airway bill shipping document and invoice. for any further information about the financial statues of our company, below is our bank website: below mentioned is our bank details: wacba togo s/a. no.28 rue du commerce. b.p. 4115 lome, togo email: wacba@rfw=orgr=d_okg fax+228) 22 22 55 77 telephone: (+228) 9 97 69 639 our bank account number: aa502527032066. we he been operating with the above bank called in short spelling: wacba- togo- s/a ; full meaning : west african consortium bank ( wacba ) for more than 10 years and currently he with our bank a deposit balance cash of over us$200.000.00 (two hundred thousand united state dollars) in our local currency. about our bank;??unfortunately, our bank wacba togo s/a is our local bank and as such they do not he any relationship with bank in your country, which is the reason why we appointed the union togoliase de banque (utb) as the tt payment transfer bank. so after you ship out the goods direct to our local bank (wacba togo s/a) and email copy of the fedex shipping document, our bank will tt money to you through union togolaise de banque to your bank within 24 hours. under this arrangement, as soon as you effect shipment to us and email copies of shipping documents to our company, we shall take email copies of shipping document to our local bank here and our bank will proceed to go to make the transfer of payment by swift tt to your bank through union togolaise de banque (utb) as stated below informatio[收起]

有批貨7月21號(hào)船期,我們也是在7月21號(hào)投的保險(xiǎn),但因船期延誤,7月22號(hào)晚上才船,所以7月23號(hào)我們又改了保單,但保單的起運(yùn)日和出證的日期也都是7月22日,但保險(xiǎn)公司在中間增加了一句話:warranted no known or reported losses as at 23 jul 2013 if the departure date is earlier than 23 jul 2013 7月25號(hào)到提單交單,因?yàn)楹酱螞](méi)加上去,7月26號(hào)又改了一下,這次保險(xiǎn)公司也是在中間加了一句話warranted no known or reported losses as at 26 jul 2013 if the departure date is earlier than 26 jul 2013. 銀行說(shuō)擔(dān)心會(huì)成為不符點(diǎn),讓我們出一個(gè)不符點(diǎn)的保函??! 我看了之前幾票業(yè)務(wù),同一家銀行同一個(gè)國(guó)外客戶同一家保險(xiǎn)公司,也是同樣的問(wèn)題,也是加了類似的條款,之前都沒(méi)讓出保函,也沒(méi)讓修改(航次是否有必要加上去),而且也沒(méi)有拒付也沒(méi)有扣款。 搞不懂其中緣由。[收起]

出口到巴基斯坦,一般用用什么付款方式?其實(shí)你說(shuō)的這兩種付款方式都是可以的呀,因?yàn)槲覀冎熬陀羞^(guò)巴基斯坦的客戶啊,這兩種付款方式,TT和信用證都做過(guò)的,所以你都可以試一試,只是說(shuō)目前這兩種付款方式都存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),前TT是首先匯款幣種要換,不能是美元結(jié)匯,因?yàn)槊涝芄苤疲渌膸欧N,例如歐元還有人民幣可以的。還有就是可以考慮第三方匯款啊,比如迪拜匯款啊都是可以的呀。那么信用證的問(wèn)題就是對(duì)方的資信問(wèn)題啊,開證行的資信還有付款能力,所以選擇國(guó)際大銀行基本上是沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的。[收起]

我覺得都有關(guān)系吧,首先是市場(chǎng)原因,比如說(shuō)今年疫情嚴(yán)重,防疫物資的出口就很好,但是類似奢侈品家具的出口就非常的不好,大家都是靠著國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)在存活下的。所以如果你今年做的是奢侈品家具的,你肯定是覺得不行的,但是你做防疫物資的,就沒(méi)有這個(gè)困惑了。其次就是產(chǎn)品和自身問(wèn)題了,如果你的產(chǎn)品在行業(yè)內(nèi)還是具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的,那么就是有市場(chǎng)的,有市場(chǎng)沒(méi)客戶,就是你自身的能力問(wèn)題了,你搞定不客戶,那么你要反思自己的工作能力。[收起]
