大家好,一下是我最近一直工作以來(lái)總結(jié)的一些規(guī)律和一些取得過(guò)成績(jī)和回復(fù)的一些模版,希望能夠?qū)Υ蠹矣袔椭?。MANY THANKS IN ADVANCE!
在深圳第二家公司已經(jīng)一個(gè)半月了,雖然前幾份工作都是跟單,但是我對(duì)于電子商務(wù)的興趣一次沒(méi)有減少,每次的操作都會(huì)總結(jié)出新的規(guī)律,只用了是在B2B網(wǎng)站的詢盤信,還是 INTERNET門戶網(wǎng)站發(fā)送信件,還是報(bào)價(jià)的模版,CATALOGUE模版,信函格式模版。雖然在前幾份工作里一直有著明顯的阻力,但是現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)越來(lái)越順手,一個(gè)多月,的客戶已經(jīng)有20個(gè),樣品單3個(gè)在談,寄粗PATCH一份,八月有三個(gè)客戶要來(lái),每天可以到回復(fù)。雖然現(xiàn)在沒(méi)有下單,但是這些成果只是在一個(gè)環(huán)境下完成:
那就是:只有一個(gè)INFO的費(fèi)信箱,其他什么都沒(méi)有。沒(méi)有圖片,沒(méi)有詳細(xì)的資料,沒(méi)看過(guò)產(chǎn)品,沒(méi)展會(huì),沒(méi)費(fèi)B2B服務(wù)。但是在不斷實(shí)踐和總結(jié)規(guī)律的過(guò)程中,雖是空手,卻會(huì)套到狼。我想,這也是大多數(shù)SOHO的境界吧。
從一始,老板給我一份資料,大概有上千客戶的名冊(cè),而我在前兩個(gè)星期就發(fā)出了500封信。很多還是相對(duì)于對(duì)方的具體情況而寫的,不是一個(gè)模版。
可是始的500封根本沒(méi)人回復(fù),從第二星期起我就放棄了所有的公司現(xiàn)有資料。始B2B和在搜索引擎上找客戶。B2B上的所有資料實(shí)際上你只在一個(gè)地方詳細(xì)了,所有的其他B2B都可以套用,你可以以來(lái)一個(gè)模版,但是此B2B回復(fù)幾乎為零。而引擎主要是你產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵字 ,你直接那些RETAILER有價(jià)格的網(wǎng)站,然后找CONTACT US或者是填寫FEEDBACK的表格。而你寫信這個(gè)程序非常重要,你既沒(méi)有見(jiàn)過(guò)對(duì)方,對(duì)方也沒(méi)見(jiàn)過(guò)你的產(chǎn)品,你并不是費(fèi)用戶,也沒(méi)在展會(huì)見(jiàn)過(guò)你,這時(shí)你的專業(yè)性非常重要,不僅僅是報(bào)價(jià)和宣傳這么簡(jiǎn)單,一定要從整個(gè)印象和布局方面著手。不過(guò)從一始,我就發(fā)現(xiàn)商業(yè)信函的格式的重要性,我始從網(wǎng)站里群發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)行為FOXMAIL,以超連接來(lái)改變字體,而我所有的信函都是以12號(hào)ARIAL字體,然后價(jià)格部分全部以紅色標(biāo)記,附件里以自己的一個(gè)CATALOGUE模版(此模版的前身為國(guó)外客戶發(fā)給我的),而將CATALOGUE加上價(jià)格就變成QUOTATION,而具體的詳細(xì)資料全部是找工廠厚著臉皮要他們把出過(guò)貨的裝箱單傳過(guò)來(lái)。然后在國(guó)外網(wǎng)站上看相關(guān)產(chǎn)品描述,結(jié)合自身材料將它描述出來(lái),再加上CBM和尺寸,而圖片一定要漂亮,但是別人感興趣以后一定要向?qū)Ψ桨l(fā)送展廳樣品的圖片。雖然是圖片,但是別人那里的貨還是你的產(chǎn)品。最后你將所有的詳細(xì)資料傳到一個(gè)B2B網(wǎng)站里,然后到其他10幾個(gè)B2B,馬上你就會(huì)接到詢盤的。
而回復(fù)詢盤的時(shí)候非常重要,我最始回復(fù)得很煩瑣,實(shí)際上這卻會(huì)讓自己變得被動(dòng)。客戶實(shí)際上每次問(wèn)價(jià)格就是為了核算自身成本。而我的第一封信是這樣:

Joe Lau完全沒(méi)一句廢話的把整個(gè)產(chǎn)品描述出來(lái),而且和客戶是一個(gè)個(gè)產(chǎn)品,一個(gè)個(gè)玩,其他的報(bào)價(jià)我也不會(huì)輕易給他,然后附件里是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)圖片和文檔式的報(bào)價(jià)。但是這一種回復(fù)率雖然多,但是還是相關(guān)資料會(huì)讓客戶覺(jué)得煩瑣,復(fù)雜,麻煩。每次只回復(fù)幾句就完了,而且我還得到處集資料,和工廠核對(duì)。后來(lái)我又寫了一種新的模版:
