2013年馬上就要過去了,也要給自己的外貿(mào)個總結,細數(shù)下訂單和客戶數(shù)增加了一倍,可薪水與去年相差無幾,什么原因那,我想利潤率起了很重要作用, 作為寧波一家服裝輔料的外貿(mào)企業(yè),我們的利潤只控制在5%左右,中東和東南亞的只有3%,非洲南美的原來都10%以上,隨著競爭者越來越多,利潤越來越少,現(xiàn)在整柜也都5%左右了,,連東歐俄羅斯也在砍價,在國內設事處了,有時候只能跟柯橋,義烏或者廣州的老外刻薄生意。。。被升值到6以下是近期的事兒,海運費也要8個點的稅點,操作費多的驚人,不是整柜讓你驚嘆! 另外檢測費,認證費,付款上面也是一再退步,dp,10%, 5%,放賬? 貨的時候時常被通知個吧小問題,出了貨還要小投訴,新客戶反復寄樣,費用不提,老客戶返單反復看下,你敢提價我一定下給別人!..展會休閑的一塌糊涂,ali一個詢盤都發(fā)20個以上商,,旺旺來問的都是阿三之類要么迪拜貨色,,老外都深入腹地到吳江,河北??山東等山溝里的工廠找..難道外貿(mào)真的不行了嗎,不能賺錢了嗎,還是行業(yè)不行,或者是產(chǎn)品沒創(chuàng)新或者是品牌不夠硬?請大家來參與討論下你們報價的時候是除以幾,6.8?6.5?6.2? 5? 或者敢問一句,有不以退稅作為利潤的公司的嗎(國家不退稅也能盈利),有不偷稅漏稅也能盈利的小工廠嗎?有時候真想問一句,那些大公司,壟斷行業(yè)利潤真的有50%以上嗎?? ?期待回復[收起]

外貿(mào)付款方式中DP和,CAD都是外貿(mào)上的一種付款方式,是以單據(jù)為依據(jù)的一種形式。DP簡單一點來說就是通過賣方給指定的銀行開具單據(jù),在買方付款之后,才可以拿到單據(jù),然后買方拿著相關的單據(jù)去提貨的一種操作。這種方式相當于信用證。相對來說比CAD有保障。分為即期交單和遠期交單兩種形式。兩者就是時間上的不同,即期是交款馬上可以拿到單證,遠期就是這樣等到預訂期滿才能拿單提貨。CAD是不通過銀行,直接就是買房和賣方直接交易,所以是沒有什么保證的,買方把錢打給了賣方,及時拿到了單據(jù),但是也是不能保證可以拿到貨呀。[收起]

哎呀,你穩(wěn)定問題卻有點多呀,我來給你一一解答把。關于工廠自己退稅的問題,一般工廠都是參與退稅的,要么是你這邊幫忙退稅,要么找一家專業(yè)的會計公司幫忙退稅的,因為一般工廠沒有這方面的專業(yè)團隊和人才的呀,也沒有相關的經(jīng)驗,這樣退稅是要花費很多的時間的。具體你這家工廠我不清楚是什么情況,你可以先了解了解。還有自己訂艙的事情,這個也沒有太好的辦法了,你到達吉布提目的港,之后還想再到埃塞俄比亞,你也可以繼續(xù)訂艙,這個比較麻煩的,你也可以直接走陸路的呀。這個就相對方便多了,費用也差不多的。[收起]
