堅持跟進郵件,比單門回復詢盤更加重要

我們很多業(yè)務(wù)員都知道的,客戶發(fā)過來的詢盤有時候好多都是批量發(fā)過來的,我們一般回復的話,很難得到回音,因為這些詢盤不是針對我們的,或者他們要求ali批量發(fā)給個會員的,以收集信息的,當然對于一些假詢盤就沒必要回的,假詢盤,一般用的都是免費郵箱,比如yahoo,hotmail,gmail的,那該怎樣讓他們回復呢,只有跟進了,個人覺得跟進郵件比回復詢盤還要重要的。對于批量發(fā)的詢盤,一般都是用幾乎固定的格式回答,內(nèi)容如下:
dear sir/ madam(最好用客戶的名字),
thanks for your inquiry at r=/r/r_okg.
we are professional supplier for high quality led light at competitive price ,located in shenzhen city, guangdong province. here is the attachment with some pictures of our products that may suit your requirements, for more, please check our website, and select the products that you’re interested in.
