我們很多業(yè)務(wù)員都知道的，客戶發(fā)過來的詢盤有時候好多都是批量發(fā)過來的，我們一般回復的話，很難得到回音，因為這些詢盤不是針對我們的，或者他們要求ali批量發(fā)給個會員的，以收集信息的，當然對于一些假詢盤就沒必要回的，假詢盤，一般用的都是免費郵箱，比如yahoo，hotmail，gmail的，那該怎樣讓他們回復呢，只有跟進了，個人覺得跟進郵件比回復詢盤還要重要的。對于批量發(fā)的詢盤，一般都是用幾乎固定的格式回答，內(nèi)容如下：
dear sir/ madam（最好用客戶的名字）,
thanks for your inquiry at r=/r/r_okg.
