最近跟賣很活(chang)潑(kuang)啊!而且他們對(duì)警告信,甚至投訴都“自成一套免疫系統(tǒng)”,沒在怕的!
怎么辦?
警告是必須的,投訴也是必須的,趕不趕得走就很佛系了。所以船長(zhǎng)今天教大家“嚇退跟賣”。
要知道,之所以跟賣,是因?yàn)橛欣蓤D,既然這樣,那就讓跟賣者們“無(wú)利”。
智能調(diào)價(jià)
假設(shè)你被跟賣,正常情況下跟賣者會(huì)從price下手,利用比你少一點(diǎn)的價(jià)格來?yè)寠Z購(gòu)物車。但既然銷售同一款產(chǎn)品,成本擺在那兒,作為品牌方的你是占主動(dòng)位置的,定價(jià)也是,正經(jīng)跟賣者不可能就為了和你一爭(zhēng)高低而虧本甩賣,這不科學(xué)。當(dāng)然你也不可能分分鐘盯著這茬。
Step01
打開船長(zhǎng)后臺(tái)頁(yè)面到【跟賣相關(guān)—智能調(diào)價(jià)】頁(yè)面,點(diǎn)擊“添加調(diào)價(jià)產(chǎn)品”按鈕,直接將你經(jīng)?;蛘攥F(xiàn)在被跟賣的產(chǎn)品選擇添加;
Step02
添加的產(chǎn)品會(huì)顯示在如上圖的頁(yè)面中,直接在頁(yè)面設(shè)置“最低和最高價(jià)”、“原始價(jià)”,并選擇調(diào)價(jià)規(guī)則,具體規(guī)則則切換頁(yè)面到【跟賣相關(guān)—調(diào)價(jià)規(guī)則】;
Step03
對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者類型做出篩選,接下來依次針對(duì)FBA/FBM發(fā)貨競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者設(shè)置調(diào)價(jià),有三種情況:
競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手價(jià)格≤我的最低價(jià)格(默認(rèn)使用最低價(jià))
我的最低價(jià)<競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手價(jià)格≤我的最高價(jià)(默認(rèn)比競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手少0.01個(gè)貨幣單位)
我的最高價(jià)<競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手價(jià)格(默認(rèn)使用最高價(jià))
之后保存設(shè)置即可。
定價(jià)策略你們比我在行,但船長(zhǎng)要提醒的是最低價(jià)設(shè)置一定要考慮到你的產(chǎn)品level(別被帶low)和各種成本。
買家瀏覽時(shí),當(dāng)你的價(jià)格最優(yōu),又因?yàn)槟闶瞧放品交蛴衎uybox,她們不會(huì)再去考慮那些跟賣者的產(chǎn)品了,win!
需要提的是,注冊(cè)品牌商標(biāo)這是一早開發(fā)了產(chǎn)品之后就該有的意識(shí),因?yàn)榱鞒特?fù)責(zé)耗時(shí)長(zhǎng),所以一定要盡早,如果還沒來得及注冊(cè)就被跟賣,及時(shí)找到知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)方面的服務(wù)商尋求幫助,要快。

你可能會(huì)說,那要是碰上不正經(jīng)的跟賣者呢?惡意跟賣是損人不利己的,但也存在,一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)馬上向?qū)Ψ桨l(fā)送警告信(警告信模板附在文末可參考)并投訴到亞馬遜,當(dāng)然這只是第一步。
溫和優(yōu)化
我們之前講過很多優(yōu)化招數(shù),去我的文章列表復(fù)習(xí)一下!
今天補(bǔ)充幾點(diǎn)防跟賣的優(yōu)化:
1、輔圖第2或3張?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)成“防偽聲明”或“獨(dú)家品牌/商標(biāo)標(biāo)識(shí)”;
2、在Feature Bullets的第1點(diǎn)上也做“防偽聲明”;
3、觀察跟賣者的listing,修改自己頁(yè)面的一些特別又不可替代的產(chǎn)品細(xì)節(jié),如果跟賣者沒有反應(yīng)過來,貨不對(duì)版,不用你出手,買家會(huì)投訴到他們懷疑人生。當(dāng)然,這個(gè)“買家”也可以由你來做,懂?
4、銷售上,可以搭配合適的listing捆綁銷售,也可以附上“獨(dú)家”贈(zèng)品,跟上一點(diǎn)的思路是一樣的,告訴買家,我們不一樣;
5、優(yōu)化包裝,防偽logo防偽碼等待這些小細(xì)節(jié)總是被賣家們忽略,上點(diǎn)心,不論是包裝或者產(chǎn)品,別忘在恰當(dāng)?shù)牡胤叫灸愕闹鳈?quán)。

嚴(yán)厲打擊
還有一些個(gè)粗魯?shù)淖龇?,因?yàn)楹臅r(shí)耗力耗成本,溫柔善良的船長(zhǎng)不太建議這么做,但是兔子都有被逼急的時(shí)候,咳咳,咱們了解一下就好:
1、持續(xù)買他的產(chǎn)品,不需要遮掩;
2、持續(xù)給他五星,傻瓜式的好評(píng);
其實(shí)也就是反向的刷單,持續(xù)操作幾天亞馬遜就該有所察覺,當(dāng)然你在萬(wàn)不得已的情況下這么做,也要注意用的買家賬號(hào)別和自己日常刷單的賬號(hào)關(guān)聯(lián)了!切記!
